Our 12-week Puppy Development Program is a personalised one-on-one training journey designed to give your puppy the strongest possible foundation for life. This program is focused on developing not only obedience skills, but also confidence, resilience, emotional stability, and the ability to successfully navigate the world. Through individualised coaching, we work at your puppy's pace while addressing their specific temperament, needs, and future goals. A major focus of this program is desensitisation and positive exposure. Puppies are carefully introduced to different environments, sounds, handling exercises, and everyday experiences to help them develop confidence and appropriate responses. This includes preparing them for important life situations such as veterinary visits, grooming, physical handling, and other experiences they will encounter throughout their lives. Training may include: Developing strong engagement and communication between puppy and handler. Building obedience foundations. Confidence building and environmental exposure. Desensitisation to handling, restraint, grooming, body checks, and veterinary procedures. Preparing for calm and positive vet visits through cooperative handling. Developing impulse control and emotional regulation. Preventing future behavioural issues through early education. Building reliable behaviours in different environments and around distractions. Teaching owners how to understand and support their puppy's development. Throughout the program, training is adapted as your puppy grows and develops. We focus on creating a confident, balanced, and adaptable dog while giving owners the knowledge and skills needed to guide their puppy through every stage of life. This program is ideal for owners who want a personalised approach and are committed to building a strong foundation that will support their dog well beyond puppyhood.
Cancellation Policy
# Training Terms & Conditions By booking a training session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. ## Health & Vaccination The health and safety of our dogs, clients, and staff is our priority. All dogs attending training must be up to date with a **C5 vaccination (C3 plus kennel cough)**. The most recent vaccination must have been administered **at least two (2) weeks prior** to the scheduled training session. Proof of vaccination may be requested before your appointment. Dogs showing signs of illness, including coughing, vomiting, diarrhoea, or any contagious condition, must not attend training. Please contact us to reschedule your appointment. ## Payment & Cancellation A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be **paid in full before the commencement of your training session**. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require **a minimum of 24 hours' notice**. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in your **deposit being non-refundable**. ## Session Requirements Please arrive on time with your dog on a secure **lead and collar**, and bring **poo bags** for clean-up. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs throughout the session. Clients must disclose any history of aggression, bite incidents, medical conditions, or significant behavioural concerns before the first training session so we can provide the safest and most appropriate training. ## Owner Responsibility Dogs remain the responsibility of their owner or handler at all times. While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe training environment, participation in dog training carries inherent risks. By attending, you accept responsibility for your dog's behaviour and for any injury, loss, or damage caused by your dog during or in connection with training. ## Code of Conduct We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for everyone. Abusive, aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards **dogs, clients, or staff** will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Anyone displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave the session immediately and, at our sole discretion, may be refused or permanently banned from attending any future training sessions or using our services. Our training methods are based on respect, patience, and the welfare of every dog. We ask all clients to support these values throughout their training journey.
