Service Description

The Initial Assessment is a mandatory first step*before booking any of our training services. This 30-minute one-on-one session allows us to get to know you and your dog, assess your dog's current behaviour and training level, and develop a personalised training plan tailored to your needs. During the assessment, we'll discuss your goals, any challenges you're experiencing, and what you hope to achieve with your dog. Whether you're looking to improve everyday obedience, address behavioural concerns, prepare for dog sports, or simply build a stronger relationship with your dog, this session provides the foundation for your training journey. We'll evaluate your dog's temperament, engagement, confidence, and responsiveness, while also observing the communication between you and your dog. This enables us to recommend the most suitable training approach and ensure future sessions are structured to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively. **Please note:** The Initial Assessment is required for all new clients before any additional training sessions can be booked.

By attending, you accept responsibility for your dog's behaviour and for any injury, loss, or damage caused by your dog during or in connection with training. ## Code of Conduct We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for everyone. Abusive, aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards **dogs, clients, or staff** will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
